Setting Apprentices Up for Success
Here at Frontline Human Resources, we take great pride in ensuring that our apprentices are ready and fully geared for the workplace. One of our recent initiatives, led by Katrina Sayce (Senior Business Consultant), has been upgrading our onboarding process. As a Group Training Organisation, our onboarding is a major part of welcoming apprentices to our business. It gives us a chance to connect with them, team-build, and allows them the opportunity to chat with their fellow apprentices.

What Does an Electrical Apprentice Do? An electrical apprentice in Victoria gains hands-on experience while working under the supervision of licensed electricians. Apprentices learn to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in various settings, such as homes, businesses, and industrial sites. FHR Apprentices' Contribution to the Metro Tunnel Project
FHR had the opportunity to provide over 20 electrical apprentices to light up the Metro Tunnel project for future generations. As a result, two of our 4th year apprentices were invited to meet the Minister for Training and Skills, the Hon. Gayle Tierney, at the AEN conference. Along with the FHR team, Chelsea Porter and Alyssa Preer had the opportunity to share their stories of becoming an apprentice.
